Services for Women
Women’s lives are uniquely challenging. We are often the caretakers of our families, communities, and workplaces. Often it is only after we are fully depleted that we turn our attention to ourselves. This depletion can show up as anxiety, depression, and disordered eating. Learning to engage in emotional and physical self care often requires self-reflection and unlearning putting other people, career, goals/tasks, and even appearance ahead of our self worth. The journey toward balanced living is one I very much enjoy taking with my clients.
